procedures for idoa trainings
STEP ONE: If you are interested in conducting an IDOA training for our membership, please submit the following form to our Board of Directors.
STEP TWO: Once your training has been approved by the Board of Directors and you have conducted your training, you will need to fill out the following forms to be reimbursed. The Board of Directors will review your reimbursement forms and the Treasurer will mail a check after approval.
**All receipts for training materials (folders, copies, etc.) need to submitted to the IDOA Treasurer for reimbursement.
